The Okidata C3100 was introduced in Europe in May 2004 followed in N. America by the C3200 in February 2006. Both were marketed as their first desktop color laser printers specifically targeted at the individual business user. At the time of release they were the only single pass tandem engine printers in their class, and the fastest at 12 page per minute (ppm) color and 20 ppm mono.
The supplies set includes four toner cartridges, four drum units, a fuser and transfer belt. Toner cartridges are basically toner tubes with distribution augers and paddles, are not chipped, and yield 3,000 pages.
The only component needed to remanufacture C3100/C3200 toner cartridges are the toners themselves. Static Control offers toner in 1kg bottles and 10kg bags.
